Although the 14lbs of Monkfish it calls for could make it a little expensive :D

Whats the size of your average Monkfish I wonder? 14 lbs?

You should go metric, then you can use 700 grams instead.
New Nordic - a cuisine that is highly compatible with DSLRs.
