"Jumping on the Star Wars warp speed band-wagon, the Organic Trade Association and Free Range Studios have launched a saga all their own on the web. Described by the OTA as a sci-fi supermarket saga, Store Wars: The Organic Rebellion is a five minute movie spoof that stars the likes of Cuke Skywalker, Princess Lettuce, Chewbroccoli and other characters, all played by actual vegetables donning Star Wars garb. While the plot of the movie has the organic rebels doing battle against Darth Tader, the evil leader of the Dark Side of the Farm, the point of the spoof, according to the OTA, is part of an outreach effort to educate consumers about the benefits of organic products. The Store Wars concept and film comes of the folks at Free Range Studios, who were responsible for another short film in 2003, The Meatrix. “And another thing. You don't have to "move on" either. Not until you're ready. People say, Oh, you should be grateful. They say, Oh, it's time for you to move on. I'm like, What are you, a cop with a nightstick? I'll move on when I'm done playing the blues on my harmonica, thank you very much.

Really, people will tell you all kinds of garbage. Don't believe it.

You don't have to move on until you're ready.”

Holy Shit!
I was completely duped this title.

Local paper had a story about Whole Foods opening a store here in Portland Maine, thus threatening the 20yr-old Whole Grocer and the two-year old Wild Oats. The lead was something like "Organic Foodstore War at Hand?" :)

I much prefer your post, thanks
