10-20% through thurs the 18th.
“One thing kids like is to be tricked. For instance, I was going to take my little nephew to Disneyland, but instead I drove him to an old burned-out warehouse. 'Oh, no!', I said, 'Disneyland burned down.' He cried and cried, but I think that deep down he thought it was a pretty good joke. I started to drive over to the real Disneyland, but it was getting pretty late.”

Thanks for the heads up, splinky.

I'm continually amazed at the specialized varieties of flour the KA people turn out. First Clear flour, baguette flour (high ash, 11.5% protein), ancient grains (amaranth, millet, quinoa), etc.

It''s expensive stuff, though. The ancient grains runs $5 a pound. That's pretty steep figuring that organic millet is about $2 a pound, and Bob's flax seed is about $3 for a pound and a half. Their comments box notes the expense of shipping.

Next time I'm over at Corrado's warehouse, I'll see if they have 25# bags of anything beyond the KA bread flour and all purpose. If I was looking to do a lot of baking, that would be my first stop
My only complaint was that if they need to charge me $30 because they're robbing the duck to pay the boar they might as well give me a more substantial portion of flour, water, and bits of meat.

Several markets here in northern NJ have / had the King Arthur bread flour and whole wheat flour on sale for $2.99 on a five pound bag. It's been on special at Kings, and was on special last week at ShopRite. I was told it may be on sale next week (3/27+) at SR, too.
