Give a man a fire and he will be warm for a while. Set a man on fire and he will be warm for the rest of his life.

and, to you, of course.
My only complaint was that if they need to charge me $30 because they're robbing the duck to pay the boar they might as well give me a more substantial portion of flour, water, and bits of meat.

Had tourtiere for dinner, and a glass or two of red wine, and all seems well with the world.

Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night!

“One thing kids like is to be tricked. For instance, I was going to take my little nephew to Disneyland, but instead I drove him to an old burned-out warehouse. 'Oh, no!', I said, 'Disneyland burned down.' He cried and cried, but I think that deep down he thought it was a pretty good joke. I started to drive over to the real Disneyland, but it was getting pretty late.”

The weather channel reported a 50 car pileup near Oklahoma City, and extensive ice all the way up the I-35 corridor. Horrendous travel weather for anybody venturing outside.

The weather is quite nice here. 80's partially sunny. Light breeze.

I need 3 or 4 glasses of wine before I reach the All's Well point.
