Actually his DAD was the other Roy that founded Disney with Walt and started construction Walt Disney World/Epcot.

Roy E. was Walt's nephew... he was integral in keeping the company together during the 1970s, and recruited Eisner, Led the animating team in the late 1990s/early part of this decade, and then tried to get Eisner thrown out on his ass.

Not the "Imagineer" type but someone that without his efforts, Disney would look very, different today, it would have been sold off in pieces.
