This position is not a typical sales position. Strong food knowledge and management experience in four-star restaurants and/or hotels is a minimum requirement for this position, sales experience is not.
If you fill this position, you will work with the region’s top chefs on a daily basis and must be familiar with their high expectations and requirements. Both front and back of the house candidates will be considered based on the individual’s experiences.

While fundamentally a sales position, this position also has direct influence in areas of logistics and other operational needs. Person will service a portfolio of existing territory accounts, but the primary focus will be to build new accounts in this quickly expanding territory.
