On behalf of Catersource, we are pleased and excited to introduce to you the new Catersource Forum Chefs' Corner. This forum was created because of the requests we received to introduce a forum for chefs that went beyond the basics and in-depth into the intricate techniques, menus and questions that were out there.
In the Chefs' Corner you can ask advanced culinary questions and get insightful answers from other chefs who share your same challenges. It is also a place for you to exchange new ideas with other chefs.
Chefs' Corner will be moderated by two experienced chefs from our industry that have been educating Catersource members for many years. We are Eric LeVine of Encore Catering and Jerry Edwards, CPCE, of Chef's Expressions.
Chefs' Corner is a unique opportunity for all chefs to grow. As moderators, we will be posting cutting edge concepts, ingredients, recipes and photos to assist you in growing your knowledge, experience and career. We also encourage you to share the same ideas with others. Whether you've been around for years or are just starting out, there's always a new challenge in our business and it's good to have somewhere to turn to for help and feedback!
You will have a chance to network with your peers, share ideas and recipes, and find out how other chefs handle same issues that you may face on a daily basis. Post a question and watch for the results.
