I got mine at Sur La Table (8x3) and a restaurant supply store (10x2). Sur La Table had the 10x2 one as well, but I went to the restaurant supply store first.

One of my T'giving guests called last night to ask if she could bring a friend - someone we've never met, with whom she just had a first date.

I was so taken aback I said yes.

Oh, I kind of had that -- guest called yesterday asking if it was okay to bring someone. But since I had already invited next-door-neighbor and agreen to his bringing 2 more, how could I say no? So it's a good thing I bought another duck yesterday: 2 ducks for 6 people, plus calamari for 1 plus whoever wants, should be fine.

The guy turned down her invite - he thought it might be awkward since they don't know each other that well. Sensible fellow.

And she got me out of the weeds, same as last Thanksgiving.

Mongo, you bad boy.

Weeds as in too many dishes, too little kitchen help. She watched over the Brussels sprouts while I was carving turkey.
