I just learned from the building super that the puddle in the stairwell is not a leak from the room, but rather someone letting their dog take a piss. I'm thoroughly disgusted.

Here's further annoying.

In attempting to be industrious, and applying bleach to our cutting board, the stuff splashed and ruined my black top and black pants.

Well, maybe I can dye them.

Not a Grade-A Day so far, no sirree.

I've done that. I colored in the spots with a Sharpie.

Do Sharpies come in "slightly faded black"?

Puking, crying and kissing emoticons would be nice to have for the emotionally incontinent among us.

The downstairs neighbors wrote us an apology note for being such loud, generally bad neighbors! Nooooo! They promised not to do it anymore.

It came complete with a picture of Dennis the Menace, with a speech bubble: "Sorry, Mr, Wilson!"

When my boyfriend opened it, he yelled: "Oh shit! It's a contrite and humorous apology note!"

Now I can't persecute and villify them anymore. Will have to find a new target.

Plenty of targets around here, I'd think.
