:D :D

Constant announcements that the tube is running a good/normal service. Is this a Ken Livingstone provocation?

My boss has a drink-related annoyance this morning: in the boozer last night seeing off a colleague; he can't take his drink so leaves at 9pm; goes home; drinks whisky; puts his supper on to cook; falls asleep; wakes up at 1am to a severe washing up problem - more like throwing out of most of his saucepans.

Dude, you rock. (Note: use of "dude" signifies recognition of a masculine aspect. :D)

Today I am annoyed because I have to fill out my personal development profile at work, and it's REALLY TEDIOUS.

Unfortunately, I have had to stop saying "Dude". It turns out that it is word used by young men to signify a deep emotional bond with other men, but with no hint of homosexuality. Who wants that?

The darkness drops again; but now I know
That twenty centuries of stony sleep
Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,
And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born,
and sets a food discussion site?

Damn. I guess this means I have to embark on a sexual identity crisis now. And I already have SO many things to do today...

:D Pulled a muscle in my lower back. I had to be assisted out of bed this morning. Cellebrex and a hot shower are not helping as much as they should.

asked husband to go to Fortnum and Mason and buy a selection of goodies for £50 for my Nan. He just phones me up to tell me he got a botttle of champagne (my Nan doesn't drink ) and one £27 box of chocolates. :D
Yes, I would not recommend smell, touch or taste when it comes to old cock selection. Opinions differ though. Adam 2/3/05

My air conditioner chooses this moment (12.25 am Christmas morning) to begin dripping water on to my laptop. At least I was fucking awake at the time.

Does an 18 lb. cat walking on my back count? :D

I think it was a muscle spasm - hopefully it will be all gone by tomorrow.
