I'd also recommend checking the small print on some expensive boutique labels....some things like "bottled at the...... estate" might mean that the olives were processed at the estate,but have been shipped in from other places.While this may or may not affect the quality,it is worth noting before you fork over the sometimes exhorbitant prices.
