Michelin has an online guide to the various wine routes of Spain.

Like the pilgrims of yore, a traveler can move from one winery to the next, sampling their wares as the trip progresses. There are tour routes for several major areas (Jumilla, Rioja, etc) as well as suggestions for restaurants in each area, etc.

Here's a link to a winery along the Jumilla trail, in Murcia.

My only complaint was that if they need to charge me $30 because they're robbing the duck to pay the boar they might as well give me a more substantial portion of flour, water, and bits of meat.
