Yes, Starbucks has crap coffee but this attack is just too much. Some ecumenicals have WAY too much time on their hands or whatever. From the MSP Star Trib Are these people just looking for their 15 minutes of fame? Or are they the same ones who find the Madonna in a piece of toast?

And to think, every day at the Pike Place Market, hundreds of tourists stop in their tracks to take a photo of that logo as it hangs outside the original Starbucks location. Probably some of them voted that it's too risque.

Why is everyone so surprised that a bunch of prudes are offended by a mermaid logo? Have you forgotten we had an Attorney General who draped a cloth over the statue of the Spirit of Justice because he was offended by her bare breasts?

What I find offensive is the smell of burnt rat droppings when I walk in the door.
